Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped out within the next 24 hours of being placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for any order to be delivered after being shipped out.


If you are unsatisfied with your order or having any kind of issue please let us know within the first week (7 days) of receiving our order. Open or used products cannot be accepted until a problem is specifiedMonday through Sunday make sure to keep an eye on your email , That is where you will be receiving updates and tracking number. 


Be sure to provide the correct shipping information at check out. If a package comes back to us, due to the wrong mailing address, you will need to contact us to ship your package again, but you must pay a new shipping fee. 


Once we drop off the package to USPS and orders are shipped , it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for any LOST, MISS-MARKED or DAMAGED packages. We  are not responsible for any delays by USPS. If a package is marked “delivered” but you state it was not delivered, you must contact your local USPS location. You will have to open a claim with them for any refunds or settlements. They will assist you on how to proceed.
